Renal hemangioma is a common disease in urology, also known as renal angiomyolipoma and renal angiomyolipoma, which is common in women, teenagers and middle-aged people. If you suffer from this disease, if you do not take timely measures to treat it, it will cause many serious complications, such as sebaceous adenoma, epilepsy, intellectual loss, etc. To diagnose whether it is a renal hemangioma, detailed examinations are required, such as urine routine, B-ultrasound, CT, etc. After the occurrence of renal hemangioma, conservative treatment can be carried out for mild cases, and nephrectomy can be performed for severe cases. The specific treatments are as follows. 1. Sirolimus treatment: Sirolimus is a drug used to treat renal hemangioma. It not only prevents further tumor growth but also reduces some tumors. 2. Everolimus treatment: Everolimus is also a specific drug for the treatment of this disease. It is an effective inhibitor of the growth and proliferation of tumor cells, endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells. It can inhibit the glycolysis of solid tumors in vivo and in vitro, but it should not be used by those who are allergic to this product. 3. Nephron-preserving surgical treatment: After the disease occurs, if the tumor is smaller than 6 cm, resection can be performed, especially for tumors on the side of the kidney; if the tumor is smaller in diameter, nephron-preserving resection can be performed under laparoscopy. 4. Nephrectomy: After the onset of the disease, if the tumor is huge and severe compression symptoms occur, nephrectomy should be performed in time to achieve the goal of curing the disease. 5. Kidney transplantation treatment: Kidney transplantation is also a common method for treating this disease. It is usually suitable for patients with renal failure or tumor rupture and bleeding who must undergo bilateral nephrectomy. The treatment methods for renal hemangioma are as described above. Through active and standardized treatment, patients with mild symptoms have a good prognosis, while patients with severe symptoms will be left with sequelae such as renal insufficiency. During the treatment of renal hemangioma, daily care should be done well. Patients must maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, pay attention to moderate exercise, and avoid abdominal trauma in life; patients also need to go to the hospital regularly to monitor their condition and pay attention to the size of the tumor. |
