List target countries, voltage and plug, desired finish, controls and languages, logo placement, packaging and forecast quantity. Separate essential changes from preferences.
Approve a production reference
Ask which options can be changed without a new tool or electronics board. Confirm sample cost, minimums and timing. Sign off on a sample and keep photos, revision codes and acceptance criteria.
Verify the finished configuration
Check that test reports identify the exact model, power supply and relevant accessories. Include packaging, documentation, spares and inspection requirements in the purchase agreement.
