When changing the dressing, it is necessary to rinse with hydrogen peroxide iodine to remove the pus. It is also necessary to fill the abscess cavity with oil gauze to prevent the skin wound from healing first, otherwise it will cause recurrence, and it can be cured by gradually leveling the bottom of the abscess cavity. During this period, spicy and irritating foods should be avoided, and drinking and smoking should be avoided. At the same time, take oral cephalosporin anti-inflammatory drugs and do not sit for a long time. Keep the local area dry.

Postoperative care and dressing changes have become the main treatment means and are the key. Patients should follow the doctor's advice, pay attention to diet, avoid spicy and stimulating alcohol and alcohol products, and eat more fruits and vegetables to keep the bowels open. At the same time, insist on anal baths after defecation, you can use normal saline, or use Chinese medicine baths to fumigate the anus, each time for 10-15 minutes. Also avoid eating cold things and greasy products to prevent diarrhea or fecal residue from blocking the anal sinus.

Pay attention to whether the wound is bleeding. If the dressing is wet, it should be changed in time. Supplement fluids or antibiotics according to the doctor's advice, or take various oral medications. The diet is mainly high in protein and low in fat, and drink more soup to promote nutrient absorption.

When changing the dressing, the granulation tissue should preferably be bright red. If the granulation tissue grows higher than the epidermis, it should be trimmed; if the wound heals in a bridge shape or the sutured wound is infected, the sutures should be peeled off or removed to open the wound. If there is a hanging thread, if the end of the hanging thread falls off 7-9 days after surgery, change the thread and hang it again. It is best to remove the sutures within 5-7 days of sutured wounds. Also pay attention to keeping the wound drainage unobstructed, fill it with vaseline yarn or medicine strips, close to the wound, and the inner opening in place, so that the wound granulation tissue grows best from bottom to top and from inside to outside, avoid bridge healing, and achieve the best surgical effect.
