What to do with multiple breast cysts? Can I use hot water compress?

There is usually no need to use hot water compresses for multiple breast cysts, because this method has limited effect on improving the cysts themselves and may cause discomfort or changes in the condition due to irritation.

Multiple breast cysts are a manifestation of fibrocystic breast disease, which is common in women between 30 and 50 years old. This condition is usually related to fluctuations in hormone levels in the body, especially an imbalance of estrogen and progesterone.
