How to treat breast hyperplasia

Breast hyperplasia generally refers to breast hyperplasia, which is a benign breast disease caused by abnormal development and degeneration of the breast, and can be relieved through general treatment, drug therapy, physical therapy, surgical treatment and other methods.

1. General treatment: For patients with mild symptoms, the purpose of alleviating symptoms can be achieved by relieving life and work pressure, eliminating worries, and adjusting the mentality. At the same time, they should maintain a light diet, avoid excessive intake of raw, cold, greasy, spicy and stimulating foods, and reduce the intake of foods and drugs with high estrogen content.

2. Drug treatment: You can follow the doctor's advice to use Chinese patent medicines such as Xiaojin Pills, Rupixiao, Rukang Tablets, Xiaoyao Pills, Xiaoyao Powder, etc., which can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, soothe the liver and regulate qi, and improve the patient's discomfort. For patients with persistent pain, if necessary, you can use ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, celecoxib tablets and other drugs for anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment.

3. Physical therapy: Physical therapies such as hot compress and massage can effectively promote local blood circulation and further alleviate the discomfort symptoms caused by breast hyperplasia.

4. Surgical treatment: For patients with localized cystic breast hyperplasia, if they are under observation or if local lesions are suspected of malignant transformation, a mammographic target examination or a rapid pathological examination after resection should be performed. For patients with atypical hyperplasia, a history of contralateral breast cancer, and a family history of breast cancer, unilateral mastectomy is recommended.

Note: When treating breast hyperplasia, patients should maintain a good attitude and avoid being too excited or depressed for a long time. The use of drugs should also be strictly in accordance with the doctor's instructions, and should not be used privately to avoid adverse effects. In daily life, you should avoid overwork and staying up late for a long time, and get enough sleep. Regularly perform breast self-examination and medical examinations to detect changes in the condition in time.
