Hemorrhoids are a common anal disease. In addition to causing abdominal pain, difficulty in defecation and other symptoms, it can also cause redness, swelling and itching of the anus, and even bleeding and suppuration. It is recommended that patients receive timely treatment after checking for hemorrhoids and change some bad living habits to help hemorrhoids recover and be treated better. There are many reasons for hemorrhoid pain, and the three most common ones are: wounds at the hemorrhoid site or the wrong way to clean the wound can cause hemorrhoid pain.

Causes of hemorrhoid pain:

1. Hemorrhoids have wounds and ulcers. The patient has wounds and ulcers on the hemorrhoids, and even washing with water will still cause pain.

2. Severe hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids of hemorrhoid patients develop into prolapse, which can cause pain when combined with thrombosis, incarceration, and infection; external hemorrhoids can also cause swelling and pain when combined with thrombosis and inflammation.

3. Wrong cleaning method: If the patient cleans too vigorously, adds some irritating drugs, or the temperature is too high, it may cause pain in the hemorrhoid area.

How to reduce inflammation and relieve pain of hemorrhoids?

1. Warm water bath can relieve pain. When hemorrhoids are painful, you can bathe with warm water in the anus every day to improve local blood circulation in the anus, reduce inflammation and relieve pain. For hemorrhoid patients, if the postpartum lochia is not clean, it is not suitable to bathe to avoid bacterial infection and gynecological inflammation.

2. Lubricate the anus. When hemorrhoids hurt, you can apply some painkillers to the anus under the guidance of a doctor. This can lubricate the anus, help defecation, relieve local pain, and relieve anal discomfort to a certain extent.

3. External application treatment. For patients with external hemorrhoid pain, you can first clean the area around the anus with warm water, and then apply some medicine to the lesion under the guidance of a doctor. Applying it twice a day has a significant effect on external hemorrhoid pain.
