Is it good to touch breast cysts frequently?

It is not recommended to touch breast cysts frequently to avoid local irritation, inflammation or increased discomfort.

Frequent touching of breast cysts may cause irritation of local tissues, and even cause mild inflammation or pain. Improper pressure may also make existing breast tissue more sensitive, thereby aggravating discomfort. Breast cysts will not shrink or improve due to touch, and excessive intervention is not helpful.
