How to Drain Perianal Abscess

Perianal abscess is a suppurative lesion caused by anal gland infection, which often manifests as local redness, swelling and pain. If not treated in time, it may develop into anal fistula. Postoperative care is very important. Eat a light diet and eat more foods rich in dietary fiber, such as vegetables and fruits, to help prevent constipation. Maintain anal hygiene and use warm water to clean after each bowel movement. If the wound is not healed well or there is persistent infection, follow-up visits are required to adjust the treatment plan.
