Is hepatic hemangioma caused by anger?

Hepatic hemangioma is not caused by anger. Its occurrence is related to factors such as genetics, hormone levels, and abnormal vascular development. Treatment methods include observation, surgical resection, and interventional therapy. Hepatic hemangioma is a common benign liver tumor that is usually asymptomatic and is often discovered accidentally during a physical examination. Its formation mechanism is not yet fully understood, but it is not directly related to emotional fluctuations.

1. Genetic factors: Some patients with hepatic hemangioma have a family genetic tendency, which may be related to gene mutation or hereditary vascular dysplasia. For people with a family history, regular physical examinations and imaging examinations can help early detection.

2. Hormone levels: Changes in female hormone levels, such as estrogen, may promote the growth of hepatic hemangiomas, which explains why the incidence rate in women is higher than in men. Close monitoring is required during pregnancy or when using hormone drugs.

3. Abnormal vascular development: The formation of hepatic hemangioma is related to abnormal vascular development during the embryonic period, which may lead to excessive proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and the formation of tumors.

4. Treatment: For asymptomatic and small-sized hepatic hemangiomas, regular observation is usually recommended; for large-sized or symptomatic tumors, surgical resection, radiofrequency ablation or interventional embolization can be selected.

The diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma mainly relies on imaging examinations such as ultrasound, CT or MRI. Treatment options depend on the size and location of the tumor and the specific conditions of the patient. Regular follow-up and a healthy lifestyle can help reduce the risk of the disease.
