What causes bone hyperplasia? How to prevent and treat it?

Multiple bone hyperplasia generally refers to multiple bone hyperplasias, which may be caused by heavy physical labor, excessive weight, osteoporosis, etc. It can be prevented by maintaining a healthy weight, reducing physical labor, and supplementing nutrition. It can be treated by using medications and surgery.

1. Reasons:

1. Heavy physical labor:

Long-term heavy physical labor can accelerate the degeneration of articular cartilage, reduce the resistance of articular cartilage to pressure and shear force, lead to cartilage swelling and bone sclerosis, and further aggravate cartilage destruction, forming a vicious cycle and bone hyperplasia.

2. Excessive weight:

Being overweight generally leads to increased load on bone joints and severe wear and tear, which may lead to bone hyperplasia.

3. Osteoporosis:

Osteoporosis usually leads to decreased bone mass, degeneration of bone microstructure, decreased bone strength and increased fragility, and therefore also easily increases the incidence of bone hyperplasia.

2. Prevention:

To a certain extent, taking preventive measures can help reduce the risk of bone hyperplasia, such as maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding obesity. Maintaining a combination of work and rest, avoiding overwork, and reducing the burden on joints. In terms of diet, you can eat more calcium-rich foods, such as eggs, fish, shrimp, lean meat, etc., which are helpful in preventing bone hyperplasia caused by osteoporosis.

3. Treatment:

Under the guidance of a doctor, you can use diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets, ibuprofen sustained-release tablets, indomethacin enteric-coated tablets and other drugs to relieve pain. If the nerve pressure causes numbness or sensory impairment, you can also take vitamin B1 tablets, vitamin B6 tablets, oryzanol tablets and other nerve nutrition drugs to improve. For patients whose spinal cord nerves and other tissues compress or affect joint movement, bone spur resection can also be used for treatment.

In addition to the above reasons, it may also be caused by trauma, etc. It can also be prevented through active exercise or physical therapy.
