Treatment of breast cysts

Treatment of breast cysts

Breast cysts are a common benign breast lesion. There is currently no scientifically proven folk remedy that can completely cure breast cysts. If you find a breast cyst, it is recommended to consult a professional doctor in time and choose an appropriate treatment plan after a clear diagnosis.

Breast cysts are generally cystic lesions caused by blocked breast ducts or glandular hyperplasia. Most breast cysts are benign lesions and are common in women of childbearing age. They may be related to fluctuations in estrogen levels in the body. The main symptoms are single or multiple soft, clearly defined, painless lumps in the breast. Some people may feel slight swelling and pain in the lumps before the menstrual cycle.

Different types of breast cysts require intervention based on size, number, and patient symptoms. In many cases, small, asymptomatic breast cysts do not pose a serious threat to health and can be monitored regularly with imaging examinations. For larger or painful cysts, aspiration of fluid, medication, or surgical removal may be necessary to relieve symptoms or reduce the risk of recurrence. Dietary treatments or folk remedies that have not been scientifically proven may delay treatment or even worsen the condition.

To prevent and manage breast cysts, diet and habits in daily life are particularly important. Reducing the excessive intake of high-fat diets and animal foods can reduce the incidence of breast cysts to a certain extent. Maintaining a regular schedule, moderate exercise and emotional relaxation can help regulate endocrine status; regular breast self-examination or professional screening can detect abnormal changes in time. If further diagnosis and treatment are required, you should go to a professional institution as soon as possible to confirm the condition.
