How to detect breast hyperplasia by touching

If you want to judge breast hyperplasia by touching it, you first need to understand some basic breast structure and characteristics of hyperplasia. Breast hyperplasia is a common benign breast lesion, usually manifested as nodules or lumps in breast tissue. Self-examination can help us detect abnormal changes early.

When doing a self-examination, choose a comfortable environment, such as in the shower or lying in bed. Use the pads of your fingers rather than the tips of your fingers and start the examination with a gentle touch. You can imagine your breasts as a clock and slowly move your fingers in a clockwise direction. Pay attention to any nodules or lumps you feel. Usually, breast hyperplasia will feel some irregular small nodules, which may be accompanied by slight pain or tenderness.

However, feeling a nodule does not necessarily mean breast hyperplasia. It may also be a temporary change caused by factors such as the menstrual cycle, diet or stress. If you find an abnormality, it is recommended to record the location, size and shape of the nodule and observe for a period of time to see if there is any change. If the nodule persists or there are other uncomfortable symptoms, it is a wise choice to see a doctor as soon as possible.

Through self-examination, we can better understand our physical condition, but this cannot replace professional medical examinations. Regular breast ultrasound or other imaging examinations can more accurately determine the health of the breast. In life, maintaining a healthy diet and moderate exercise can help prevent breast problems.

Self-examination is a simple and effective way for us to pay more attention to our health. By understanding and mastering the correct examination methods, we can achieve early detection and early prevention in our daily lives and protect our breast health.
