Lymphatic tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis invading the lymph nodes. It needs to be treated early, otherwise it is easy to lead to lymph node ulceration and sinus formation, which will not heal for a long time. Treatment methods can be treated through the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. Western medicine treatment can take anti-tuberculosis drugs, such as isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide, streptomycin, etc. Anti-tuberculosis treatment requires combined, appropriate, and regular treatment throughout the course, otherwise it is easy to induce the emergence of drug-resistant tuberculosis bacteria, increasing the difficulty of treatment. The course of treatment is at least half a year, otherwise it is easy to relapse. If there is isolated, large lymph node tuberculosis, or lymph node tuberculosis with rupture and sinus formation, the tuberculosis lesions can be surgically removed. If secondary suppurative infection occurs, surgical incision and drainage can be performed, and antibiotics and anti-inflammatory treatment can be given while anti-tuberculosis treatment is in progress. Anti-tuberculosis drugs have certain side effects, such as isoniazid can cause peripheral neuritis, and vitamin B6 needs to be supplemented; rifampicin cannot be taken with milk, which will affect the body's absorption of the drug, thereby reducing the efficacy; streptomycin damages the eighth cranial nerve, causing tinnitus, hearing loss, etc. Anti-tuberculosis drugs are hepatotoxic and renal, and liver and kidney function needs to be checked regularly during medication. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment takes a relatively long time. Chinese medicine can be taken to regulate the whole body. The specific treatment plan should be determined based on the patient's own condition and the doctor's diagnosis. Tuberculosis patients must quit smoking and avoid drinking. Smoking can irritate the respiratory tract and easily aggravate coughing, while drinking can dilate blood vessels and easily increase symptoms such as asthma and hemoptysis. Patients should avoid eating scaleless fish, such as tuna, mackerel, and sardines. They should pay attention to daily nutrition and rest, develop good living habits and eating habits, and seek medical treatment in time if they suffer from lymphatic tuberculosis to avoid other complications. The specific situation should be carried out under the guidance of a clinical doctor. |
