Diet therapy and recipes for breast cysts

Breast cysts are generally benign lesions. Although dietary conditioning cannot replace treatment, it can play an auxiliary role in improvement. A balanced diet, controlling fat intake, and promoting endocrine balance are the core directions of dietary therapy.

Breast cysts are related to imbalanced hormone levels in the body, especially high estrogen or abnormal metabolism, which may aggravate the formation of cysts. Excessive high-fat, high-calorie foods in the daily diet will affect hormone metabolism and make cyst symptoms more obvious. At the same time, bad living habits such as excessive stress and lack of sleep may also be part of the cause.

When adjusting your diet, it is recommended to consume more foods rich in dietary fiber, such as whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits, which can help regulate hormone levels. Choose a light and low-fat diet and increase the intake of plant protein, such as soy milk, tofu and other soy products. In daily cooking, focus on low-oil methods such as steaming, boiling and stewing, and avoid fried foods. You can increase the consumption of fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and deep-sea cod, or add ingredients such as flaxseed oil. You can also try yam and barley porridge, lily and red date soup, etc., which are not only warm and nourishing, but also conducive to balancing endocrine.

If the cyst is large or the symptoms are abnormally obvious, you need to consult a doctor in time to decide whether further medication or surgical intervention is needed based on the condition. In daily life, pay attention to regular work and rest, avoid staying up late, and exercise more to improve basal metabolism, which can play an auxiliary protective role in breast health.
