Gallbladder stones Multiple gallbladder stones

If gallstones and multiple gallstones cause obvious symptoms, such as right upper abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible to avoid worsening of the condition.

Gallstones are formed by the crystallization of cholesterol or calcium salts in bile, and can occur singly or multiple times. Lifestyle, genetic factors, and improper eating habits are the causes of the high incidence of gallstones. Obese people, middle-aged women, and people who have a long-term high-fat diet are more likely to develop the disease.

If it is a simple stone with no obvious discomfort, it can usually be managed through dietary adjustments and weight control; but if there are multiple stones and frequent abdominal pain or indigestion, intervention may be needed, such as drug dissolution or surgical removal of the gallbladder. Don't delay, chronic inflammation can cause serious complications.

Usually, you should drink plenty of water, exercise moderately, eat less greasy and high-cholesterol foods, such as animal offal and fried foods, and increase the intake of dietary fiber, such as oats and vegetables. If you have repeated right upper abdominal pain or fever, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time.
