Can breast nodules be cured?

Most breast nodules can be cured through reasonable treatment and daily management. The treatment effect depends on the nature of the nodule (benign or malignant), its specific size and degree of development, so it is key to identify the cause and intervene in time. Most benign breast nodules do not need to be overly worried, but if the nodules have the risk of malignancy, they need to be actively treated.

The causes of breast nodules can be divided into genetics, environmental factors, physiological factors and pathological factors. Genetics is an important factor. If there is a history of breast disease in the family, the individual risk will increase. Environmental factors such as long-term intake of high-fat foods, smoking and drinking, and high mental stress should not be ignored. Physiological factors such as fluctuations in estrogen levels and abnormal progesterone secretion in women can induce breast hyperplasia and then form nodules. Some pathological nodules may be caused by breast fibroadenomas, breast cysts, and even breast cancer. To accurately diagnose its nature, it is necessary to use breast ultrasound, mammography or puncture biopsy to clarify.

Treatment methods vary depending on the nature of the nodules. For benign nodules, they can be controlled through observation and follow-up or drug treatment. Commonly used drugs include Diane-35 for regulating hormones, Danshen drops for promoting blood circulation, and Chinese medicine conditioning such as breast hyperplasia pills. If the nodule affects health or grows rapidly, such as breast fibroadenoma, minimally invasive surgery such as vacuum-assisted biopsy system (VABB) can be used for removal. Malignant nodules require more aggressive surgical removal, radiotherapy or chemotherapy combined with targeted therapy. Life management should not be ignored either. A balanced diet, more intake of foods rich in dietary fiber (such as whole grains, green leafy vegetables), moderate exercise and a good attitude can reduce the risk of recurrence.

Regardless of the nature of breast nodules, it is particularly important to have regular self-examinations and professional physical examinations every year. If you find abnormalities such as breast lumps, pain, or abnormal nipple secretions, you should seek medical attention in time to avoid delaying treatment. Good living habits and health concepts are effective weapons against breast problems. Paying attention to prevention and management can help you have a more secure health state.
