Dietary health care for patients with sclerosing osteomyelitis

In addition to general medication, we should not take diet lightly for sclerosing osteomyelitis. Diet therapy is increasingly valued by people. In addition to medication, food can be used to treat sinus tachycardia in order to achieve better results.

Patients with sclerosing osteomyelitis should pay attention to the following points in their daily diet:

1. Reduce the intake of acidic foods

Normal people's blood is weakly alkaline, with a pH value of 7.35 to 7.45. Within this range, the physiological functions of various tissues are normally exerted. The acidity and alkalinity of food does not mean whether the food tastes sour or sweet, but whether the final product of food metabolism in the body is acidic or alkaline. Rice, wheat, sugar, wine, fish, meat, poultry, eggs, and animal and vegetable oils are acidic foods, and the final product of biological oxidation in the body is carbonic acid; some foods containing more sulfur and phosphorus, such as proteins and phospholipids of methionine and cystine, are also acidic foods because they are oxidized and decomposed into sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in the body. Alkaline foods include vegetables, fruits, potatoes, and seaweed, kelp, and seaweed. They are rich in potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, and other alkali metal elements, which combine with ammonium carbonate in the blood in an ionic state, thereby increasing the alkalinity of the blood.

2. The dietary structure should be reasonable

It is best to eat light, vegetarian and whole foods. For example, rice and noodles should be used as staple foods to account for 1/3 of the total diet, vegetables should account for 1/3 of the side dishes, and fruits should account for 1/3. Meat should be avoided as it is easy to produce acid and increase the burden and damage to local tissues. Children and the elderly should adjust their diet to alkaline foods more carefully according to their physiological characteristics and requirements.

3. Eat three lows

Low in fat, sugar and salt. Experts from Yiqing Chinese Medicine Hospital suggest that if you are sick, you must detect and treat it early. Striving for the best treatment time can greatly increase the cure rate.
