Is breast hyperplasia nodule type 2 serious?

Is breast hyperplasia nodule type 2 serious?

Breast B-ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and other related imaging examinations preliminarily judge the nature of the mass based on its shape, boundary, blood flow, signal and calcification. It can be divided into 0~6 levels in total. The higher the level, the higher the risk of malignancy. Class 2 represents benign breast tumors, which do not require excessive tension, but regular check-ups are still required. If the imaging indicates grade 4 or above during the mass review, further puncture or surgical excision biopsy may be required to clarify the nature of the lesion.

Causes of Breast Hyperplasia

Cystoma is the most common breast disease and is a pathological change of mammary gland malformation. The etiology of cystoma is still not very clear. However, the occurrence and development of the disease are closely related to the state of ovarian endocrine. When ovarian endocrine disorder, excessive secretion of estrogen and relatively reduced progesterone occur, it will stimulate the proliferation of mammary gland substance. It will also cause irregular proliferation of the epithelium of the terminal duct, causing duct dilatation and cyst formation, and the loss of the inhibitory effect of progesterone on estrogen will lead to indirect connective tissue hyperplasia, collagenization and lymphocyte infiltration to form cystoma.

Symptoms of breast hyperplasia

The most typical symptom of breast hyperplasia is periodic swelling and pain in the breasts, which can be diffuse pain or local pain. It is usually more obvious before the menstrual period and may be relieved or even disappear after the menstrual period. If the symptoms of breast hyperplasia are more severe and affect the quality of life, medication can be used for treatment, and psychological counseling can be provided at the same time. Be careful not to eat spicy and irritating foods, and do not be anxious, nervous, or sulky. If there are no obvious symptoms of discomfort or the symptoms are relatively mild, follow-up observation is allowed and oral medication is not required.
