Types of synovitis

Types of synovitis

Synovitis can be divided into synovitis caused by traumatic rheumatic arthritis, hormone-induced synovitis, and shooting deposition according to different causes. The clinical manifestations are mainly the incidence, some are acute and some are slow. The main symptoms of acute synovitis are knee pain, swelling, local temperature increase, degree of joint activity, severity, nature of the disease, and degree of intra-articular effusion. When the knee joint is actively bent, the pain worsens and the swelling is felt. The tenderness is uncertain during the examination, and the floating patella test is positive, indicating that the effusion has exceeded 50ml. Chronic synovitis is mainly manifested by knee pain, swelling, and increased activity. If the activity is reduced, the inflammation will improve. Relevant treatment is carried out according to different types of synovitis.

How is synovitis caused?

Synovitis is mainly caused by the synovium in the joint being stimulated by cold, trauma or autoimmune reaction. For example, during strenuous activities, the synovium may be damaged by trauma to certain joint parts. At this time, it will cause congestion and edema inside, and then inflammation here. When the joint is cold, the synovium may produce sterile inflammation due to the stimulation of the cold. When some autoimmune diseases occur, such as rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, the human immune system may attack the synovium and inflame it.

Symptoms of left hip synovitis in women

Hip synovitis is mainly caused by trauma, infection, chronic strain and other reasons. Hip synovitis can manifest as symptoms such as hip pain, swelling, effusion, and limited mobility. The treatment of hip synovitis is mainly aimed at the cause of synovitis. For example, if it is caused by infection, the first thing to do is to pay attention to rest to avoid aggravating synovial damage. At the same time, antibiotics are needed to treat the infection. At the same time, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hot compresses, physical therapy and other methods can help promote recovery from the disease. For synovitis caused by other reasons, other primary diseases also need to be actively treated.
