2. Physical therapy: During the acute pain period, physical therapy methods such as ultrashort wave and ion introduction can be used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation.

3. Drug treatment: You can take ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, celecoxib tablets and other drugs as prescribed by the doctor to achieve the purpose of anti-inflammatory and analgesic. In addition, you can also take methylprednisolone tablets, methylcobalamin tablets and other drugs as prescribed by the doctor to achieve anti-inflammatory and nerve nutrition effects.

4. Surgical treatment: For sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation, surgical treatment can be considered when conservative treatment is ineffective. Patients with tumors require surgical treatment, etc.
