Symptoms of cervical tuberculosis

Symptoms of cervical tuberculosis:

Lymphatic tuberculosis is a chronic disease that is common in children and adolescents, mainly due to low resistance. In the early stage of lymphatic tuberculosis, the symptoms are not obvious, there is no pain or itching, and a soybean-sized movable lump can be seen. As the disease progresses, swelling and pain will occur, accompanied by systemic symptoms. Drugs, surgery and traditional Chinese medicine are mainly used for treatment.

1. In the early stage of the disease, there is no pain, no itching, only the size of a soybean particle, when pressed with the hand, the body's low resistance decreases and gradually increases, the local skin becomes reddish purple and shiny, with slight pain, sometimes accompanied by low fever, night sweats, fatigue, anorexia, weight loss, anemia and other systemic toxic symptoms.

2. It is more common in children and adolescents, and the disease progresses slowly. It often occasionally sees soybeans, pigeon eggs or eggs, and begins as painless, hard, scattered, active, non-adherent, and slightly tender lumps. As the disease continues to develop, the degree of activity gradually decreases and can be arranged like a string of beads.

3. Obvious inflammation of the external lymph nodes, obvious pain and pain, limited movement, and the central part begins to soften. If effective anti-tuberculosis drugs can diffuse lesions, calcification and scarring. If the conditions are not controlled, the quality often changes from hard to soft.

Treatment of lymphadenopathy

1. It takes 1 to 2 years to treat cervical lymph node tuberculosis with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine. We pay attention to local treatment. If it is a progressive lymph node, it can be removed surgically. If there is no obvious infection, the diseased tissue can be removed. If the secondary infection is in place, it should be removed and drained.

2. Chinese medicine treatment. Chinese medicine for treating cervical lymphadenopathy mainly controls the growth of its flora, so that lymphadenopathy will not recur, and the treatment effect is more obvious. You can also use some anti-swelling and analgesic drugs, acupuncture and other physical therapies.
