Early symptoms of breast hyperplasia

Early symptoms of breast hyperplasia

In the early stages of breast hyperplasia, symptoms often include breast tenderness or the feeling of small lumps, but special attention should be paid to changes in the condition, and early diagnosis is particularly important.

Breast hyperplasia is the excessive proliferation of breast glands and fibrous tissue, which is usually related to endocrine disorders, such as high estrogen levels or abnormal hormone fluctuations. Stress, irregular work and rest, and mood swings may also be triggers. It is a common benign lesion, and most people do not need to worry too much, but they should learn to recognize abnormal changes.

In the early stages, breast hyperplasia may manifest as periodic breast pain, which is often related to the menstrual cycle and usually relieved after the menstrual period. Some people may feel small, irregular, and mobile lumps in their breasts. These lumps are usually soft or medium in texture and have clear boundaries. If the lumps continue to grow, the pain worsens, or are not related to the cycle, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible.

Ways to relieve breast hyperplasia include adjusting your work and rest schedule and diet, minimizing high-sugar and high-fat diets, exercising appropriately to relieve stress, and using heat or massage to relieve discomfort. Keep your clothes loose and avoid wearing tight bras. If you experience persistent symptoms or obvious changes, be sure to go to the hospital for breast ultrasound or related examinations.
