Effective folk remedies for treating mixed cervical spondylosis:

1. Massage Fengchi acupoint

Location: Between the depression directly below the occipital protuberance and the mastoid process.

How to do it: Tilt your head slightly forward. Place your thumbs on the Fengchi points on both sides, hold the thumbs on both sides of the top of your head with the other four fingers, and press the Fengchi points 100 times - until you feel soreness or swelling.

2. Hold the neck muscles

Position: From the headrest to the base of the neck, and the spinous processes on both sides of the cervical vertebrae

How to do it: Tilt your head slightly forward. Spread the thumb and four fingers of one hand and place them on both sides of your neck. Squeeze the neck muscles tightly from top to bottom for 5-10 times. Do it until you feel soreness. Then switch hands and do the same.

3. Massage your temples

Location: The depression between the tip of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye.

How to operate: Look forward. Place the index fingers of both hands on the temples on both sides and rub clockwise for 100 times until you feel soreness or swelling.

4. Press and rub the Jingming acupoint

Location: 0.1 inch lateral to the inner canthus of the eye.

How to operate: Close your eyes slightly, press the Yanming acupoint with your thumb and index finger, and rub it clockwise for 100 times until you feel soreness or swelling.

5. Eyebrow arch

Position: From the midpoint of the eyebrows to the tip of the eyebrows, in an arc shape.

How to use: Tilt your head forward slightly and close your eyes slightly. Place the hypothenar lines of both hands between the eyebrows and wipe from inside to outside 15-30 times.

6. Rub the neck muscles

Location: Neck.

How to operate: Tilt your head slightly forward. Place one palm on the back of the pillow and rub it back and forth. Move from top to bottom and from bottom to top to warm up. Then change your hand and do it again in the same way.

7. Bath face

Location: Face.

How to operate: Tilt your head forward slightly and close your eyes. Place your palms on both sides of your nose and rub back and forth with your five fingers. Or put your hands and five fingers together and rub from the nose to the cheek from the inside to the outside.
