What to eat for breast cysts

Patients with breast cysts can eat more foods rich in vitamins, dietary fiber and phytoestrogens, while reducing the intake of high-fat, high-sugar and irritating foods. Although diet therapy cannot directly treat breast cysts, a reasonable adjustment of diet is helpful for the overall health of the body and endocrine balance.

Breast cysts are a common benign breast lesion, usually related to endocrine imbalance, such as high estrogen levels and insufficient progesterone. Although it is not a malignant disease in nature, some patients may feel breast pain or feel a lump. The focus of dietary adjustment is to help maintain hormone balance in the body, alleviate symptoms and improve metabolic status.

Foods that can be chosen include: fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins, such as carrots, spinach, tomatoes and other foods rich in vitamins A and C, which help to enhance immunity and anti-oxidation; soybeans and their products such as tofu and soy milk, which contain phytoestrogens (isoflavonoids), which may help balance hormone levels in the body; whole grains and fruits rich in dietary fiber, such as oats, brown rice and apples, which can help metabolize excess hormones in the body; foods containing unsaturated fatty acids, such as deep-sea fish and nuts, which help reduce inflammatory responses. Foods that should not be eaten include fatty meats, fried foods, overly sweet snacks, etc., which may affect hormone metabolism; and stimulating foods such as coffee and alcohol, which may aggravate symptoms.

In daily diet, it is a good idea to pay more attention to balance and lightness. At the same time, moderate exercise, emotional stability and regular work and rest also have a positive effect on breast health. If the cyst continues to grow, accompanied by obvious pain or other abnormal changes, medical examination is required as soon as possible. Diet is an auxiliary means of improvement, remember to persist in order to see the effect!
