Is it possible for a brain aneurysm to not recur?

Many people, when we feel uncomfortable, we don't take it seriously. This is not the case. It is very likely a symptom of a brain aneurysm. Take it seriously and don't be careless. So, will brain aneurysm not recur?

After surgery for any disease, if the patient does not take good care of himself, the disease will recur even after surgery. After brain aneurysm surgery, if the patient does not go to the hospital for regular checkups,

1. Non-surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms

Its main purpose is to prevent rebleeding and cerebral artery spasm. Non-surgical treatment mainly includes absolute bed rest, analgesia, anti-epileptic, blood pressure control, etc. Transcranial TCD is used to detect intracranial arterial pressure, maintain normal cerebral perfusion pressure, and actively prevent and treat cerebral artery spasm.

2. Surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms

1 Currently, the surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms mainly adopts microsurgical techniques, including: aneurysm neck clip or ligation, aneurysm electrocoagulation, aneurysm copper wire introduction, stereotactic magnetic embolization, aneurysm hair injection, aneurysm wrapping reinforcement, laser coagulation, etc., but aneurysm neck clip is still the first choice.

① Aneurysm neck clamping or ligation: The purpose of the operation is to block the blood supply to the aneurysm to prevent rebleeding; keep the tumor and blood supply arteries open and maintain normal blood supply to the brain tissue.

② Aneurysm isolation: Aneurysm isolation is to clamp the parent artery at the distal and proximal ends of the tumor to isolate the aneurysm from the blood circulation.

③ Aneurysm wrapping: Use different materials to reinforce the aneurysm wall. Although the tumor cavity is still congested, it can reduce the chance of rupture. Fascia and cotton thread are clinical applications.

2 Vascular interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms, intravascular embolization techniques mainly include: balloon technology, coil technology, balloon replasticization technology, stent combined with micro coil technology, and double microcatheter technology.

Warm reminder: There is no effective prevention method for cerebral aneurysm at present. The method is to have regular physical examination and cerebrovascular examination. This can detect vascular abnormalities or lesions in advance and control the occurrence of the disease at the earliest.
