How to Treat Anal Polyps

How to Treat Anal Polyps

In fact, anal polyps are a type of hemorrhoids. No special treatment is needed in the early stage, just be careful not to eat spicy food and drink alcohol. Surgery is better in the late stage. Non-surgical treatment cannot completely cure it. Usually eat fresh fruits, vegetables, whole wheat or mixed sugar food to make the stool soft and easy to discharge. Proper diet and good hygiene habits can inhibit hemorrhoids and even cure mild hemorrhoids.

Anal polyps are a type of hemorrhoids, which are asymptomatic static hemorrhoids that can be seen during defecation, are painless, and have symptoms of occasional bleeding and different shapes. There are also injection therapy, cryotherapy, etc. When non-surgical treatment of hemorrhoids fails or the connective tissue supporting the hemorrhoids is extensively destroyed, hemorrhoidal bleeding, thrombosis, symptoms caused by hemorrhoidal prolapse, or incarceration occurs, surgical treatment should be performed.

Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains or low-sugar foods on a regular basis to make stools soft and easy to pass.

Anal polyps require surgical treatment, and the pathological diagnosis of the postoperative polyp specimen is crucial. Some patients may relapse after resection and require multiple surgeries:

There are many factors, such as dietary factors, inflammatory stimulation, feces, foreign body stimulation, mechanical damage and genetic factors, which may cause anal polyps.

Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.

If you have hemorrhoids, clean the affected area with warm water and dry it after each bowel movement.

A proper diet and good hygiene can keep hemorrhoids in check or even cure mild hemorrhoids.

When hemorrhoids are particularly painful, you should stay in bed. Applying local heat can reduce swelling and help hemorrhoids go away.

It is recommended to go to the anorectal department of a larger regular public hospital. If necessary, a colonoscopy can be performed to confirm the diagnosis and symptomatic treatment. Drink more water, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, eat more crude fiber vegetables such as celery and leeks, keep the bowel movements smooth and prevent constipation. Go to the anorectal department of the hospital if necessary.
