The treatment of lymph node tuberculosis should be selected from a professional tuberculosis hospital or the infectious department of a general hospital. Early diagnosis and standardized treatment are the key. Lymph node tuberculosis is an inflammation of the lymph nodes caused by infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is common in the neck, armpits, groin and other parts. It requires comprehensive treatment such as anti-tuberculosis drugs, surgical intervention and nutritional support.

1. Causes and diagnosis of lymphadenopathy. The main cause of lymphadenopathy is infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which can be transmitted through the respiratory tract, digestive tract or skin wounds. Genetic factors, low immunity, malnutrition, etc. can also increase the risk of disease. Diagnosis usually relies on clinical manifestations, imaging examinations such as ultrasound, CT and pathological biopsy. After diagnosis, tuberculosis culture and drug sensitivity test are required to guide treatment.

2. Drug treatment plan. Anti-tuberculosis drugs are the core of the treatment of lymph node tuberculosis. Commonly used drugs include isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide and ethambutol. The treatment plan is usually 6-9 months, divided into an intensive phase and a consolidation phase. The intensive phase requires the combined use of multiple drugs, while the consolidation phase reduces the number of drugs. During the medication period, liver function, blood routine tests, etc. need to be monitored regularly to prevent adverse drug reactions.

3. Indications for surgical treatment. For patients who have poor drug treatment effects, enlarged lymph nodes that compress surrounding tissues or form abscesses, surgical treatment may be considered. Surgical methods include lymph node resection, abscess drainage, etc. After surgery, anti-tuberculosis treatment should be continued, combined with local care to promote wound healing.

4. Nutrition and lifestyle intervention. Patients with lymph node tuberculosis need to strengthen nutritional support and consume more high-protein, high-vitamin foods, such as eggs, milk, lean meat and fresh vegetables. At the same time, they should maintain a regular work and rest schedule, avoid overwork, and do some light exercise, such as walking or yoga, to enhance immunity. Quitting smoking and limiting alcohol consumption are also important auxiliary measures.

5. Psychological support and follow-up management. The treatment cycle of lymph node tuberculosis is long, and patients may experience psychological problems such as anxiety and depression. Family members and medical staff should provide psychological counseling to help patients build confidence. Regular follow-up is required during treatment to monitor changes in the condition and adjust the treatment plan in a timely manner to ensure the treatment effect.

The treatment of lymphadenopathy needs to be carried out in a professional hospital. Combined with medication, surgery and lifestyle intervention, early standardized treatment can effectively control the disease and prevent recurrence. Patients should actively cooperate with treatment, follow up regularly, and pay attention to nutrition and psychological adjustment to improve the cure rate and quality of life.
