Nutritional support is also essential. Bones need adequate calcium and vitamin D to heal. Foods such as milk, cheese, green leafy vegetables, and nuts are good sources of calcium, while sun exposure is a natural way to get vitamin D. A moderate amount of protein can also promote tissue repair and help the body recover faster.

In the later stages of bone fracture healing, proper rehabilitation exercises are the key to help restore function. Just like a car that has not been started for a long time, it needs to be slowly warmed up before it can resume normal operation. A doctor or physical therapist will develop a suitable exercise plan based on individual circumstances to help restore joint mobility and muscle strength.
