Dietary considerations for patients with meniscus injury:

The meniscus of the knee joint is a fibrous cartilage tissue with a thick periphery and a thin inner edge. It is called a half-moon shape when viewed from the plane. It is filled between the femoral condyle and the tibial condyle to enhance the stability of the knee joint. The structure and function of the meniscus determine that it is one of the most fragile tissues in the knee joint. In strenuous exercise and special occupations, the possibility of meniscus injury is higher. Dietary health care will promote the recovery of meniscus injury.

1. Pig Kidney and Black Bean Soup

Two pig kidneys can also be sheep kidneys, black beans 100g, tangerine peel 5g, fennel 5g, ginger 2 slices, cook together, add seasoning to eat. Once every other day, take 5-7 times.

2. Eucommia Pig Kidney Soup

30g of Eucommia ulmoides and 2 pig kidneys, add a little salt and stew. Take once a day, for 7 to 10 days.

3. Walnut Psoralea Soup

Walnut meat 30g, psoralea corylifolia 15g, add water to decoct and drink. Once a day, 7 times to 10 days as a course of treatment.

4. Dog meat soup

Put 200g dog meat, 1.5g aconite root, and 3g dodder seed in a gauze bag. 5. Barley and Saposhnikovia Tea

30g coix seed and 10g fangfeng. Add 5000ml of water to coix seed and fangfeng, boil for 30 minutes, take the juice, add 500ml of water, boil for 30 minutes, take the medicine, mix the juice twice. Take it as tea, drink it several times within one month, 1 dose per day.

Function: Clear heat, promote warming, dispel wind and relieve pain. Suitable for meniscus injury.

6. Black Bean Porridge

20g black soybeans, 60g polished rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Soak the black soybeans in warm water overnight, wash and pour into a pot, boil for a few minutes, add polished rice and brown sugar, and cook until the consistency of rice porridge. Eat with you

Function: dispel wind and promote blood circulation, promote diuresis and reduce swelling, used for meniscus injury.
