What are the symptoms of mixed hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids?

There are many types of hemorrhoids, which are a relatively common disease. Mixed hemorrhoids are common anorectal diseases in daily life. This disease belongs to the category of hemorrhoids, but it is more serious than hemorrhoids.

Mixed hemorrhoids have the symptoms of internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids, manifested in the following aspects:

1. Blood in the stool: The main early symptoms of internal hemorrhoids include spurting bleeding, spotting bleeding, blood on toilet paper, etc. The blood is bright red and can occur before or after defecation, or it can be simple blood in the stool, or mixed with feces.

2. Anorectal pain: Because the anus is rich in nerves and sensitive, it is easy to experience mild or severe pain after stimulation, such as tingling, swelling pain, burning pain, falling pain, etc., which can occur during defecation or after defecation.

3. Rectal swelling: This can be the main symptom of painful external hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids are painless when they are not inflamed. Dropping pain often occurs in internal hemorrhoid infection, incarceration, and strangulation necrosis, and often leads to severe drop pain. In mild cases, only local swelling and drop are seen; in severe cases, the patient has a heavy feeling after urgency, frequent visits to the toilet, and still feels heavy after defecation, which is very painful.

4. Anal swelling: The main symptom of middle and late stage hemorrhoids. The main reason is the increase of hemorrhoidal nodules, the separation of mucosa and submucosa from the anal layer. During defecation, hemorrhoidal nodules may drop below the dentate line and detach from the anal canal. There are protrusions or proud organisms in the rectum or anal canal, anal detachment, light defecation only, increased abdominal pressure, such as coughing, squatting, force, etc.

5. Mucus overflow: The rectal mucosa is stimulated by hemorrhoids for a long time, causing inflammation and exudation, increasing secretions. The anal sphincter is relaxed and can flow out at any time, causing the anal skin to be frequently irritated, causing eczema and itching.

6. Constipation: An expert from anorectal specialist hospital said: Patients often control their bowel movements artificially due to bleeding, which leads to habitual constipation. Because constipation can easily wipe the hemorrhoidal mucosa and cause bleeding, it forms a vicious circle.
