How to treat breast cysts effectively

Breast cysts generally do not require treatment, but when obvious symptoms appear or continue to develop, targeted treatment methods are needed based on the specific circumstances.

Breast cysts are a common benign breast lesion that manifests as small fluid sacs in breast tissue, usually related to fluctuations in hormone levels in the body. The cysts may increase in size and cause obvious swelling and pain during a woman's ovulation period or before and after her menstrual period, while the symptoms may ease or even disappear after her menstrual period.
