What diseases can simple breast hyperplasia cause?

Simple breast hyperplasia is a benign breast disease that can cause periodic breast pain and may be accompanied by breast lumps. It is self-limited and symptoms improve after childbirth and breastfeeding. However, simple breast hyperplasia may also cause lobular hyperplasia, breast disease and cystic hyperplasia.

1. Breast lobular hyperplasia: It is a phenomenon of early breast hyperplasia. It is common in women around 25-35 years old. The symptoms are mild and belong to the stage I of breast hyperplasia. Its incidence rate is high, accounting for more than 70%.

2. Breast disease: This type of breast disease mainly occurs in middle-aged women, and the symptoms are relatively serious. If not treated in time or for a long time, it can cause mental depression, aggravate the symptoms, and seriously cause endocrine disorders, such as irregular menstruation, insomnia, and dreaminess.

3. Cystic hyperplasia: Cystic hyperplasia develops from breast disease. It generally has a higher incidence rate in women aged 40-55 years. The course of the disease is stage III of breast hyperplasia. This condition is very harmful, and its malignant transformation rate is over 70%. Therefore, this type of breast hyperplasia must be treated promptly.

4. Breast cystic disease: Breast cystic disease is a very serious breast disease with a high canceration rate, which can reach over 90%.

5. Breast cancer: Breast cancer is a malignant breast disease that can be caused by the further development of cystic hyperplasia and breast cysts. Among them, breast hyperplasia stage I and II have a certain probability of canceration, so even simple breast hyperplasia should be treated in time to prevent serious consequences.

Through the above introduction, we can understand that although simple breast hyperplasia is a benign breast disease, if it is allowed to develop, it will also cause other breast diseases and cause serious harm, especially after long-term development, some will also undergo malignant changes, thus posing a threat to breast health. When women discover breast hyperplasia, they should be treated and controlled in time to reduce the harm.
